15.  REMOVE TURBOCHARGER
      (See steps 8, 11, 12 and 18 to 24 on pages TC-9 to TC-12)

16.  REMOVE THROTTLE BODY
      (See steps 5 to 8, 10 and 11 on pages FI-135 and FI-136)

17.  REMOVE COLD START INJECTOR
      (See steps 2 to 4 on pages FI-99 and FI-100)

(a)  Remove the seven nuts, exhaust manifold and gasket.

19.  REMOVE DISTRIBUTOR (See pages IG-14 and IG-15)

(a)  Disconnect the following hose:
          (1)  Air hose from No.1 air tube
          (2)  Air hose from intake manifold
